Treatment records for adults are retained for a minimum of seven years from the date of the last treatment.

For clients under 18, records may be retained until the individual turns 25, or 26 if they were 17 at the time of their last treatment, to comply with safeguarding and legal obligations.
After these time periods, all records will be securely deleted or destroyed.
