TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Appointments and Booking

• Appointments can be booked via phone or email.

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Clients agree to provide accurate information when booking treatments.

• A consultation form must be completed and returned at least 2 days before the scheduled treatment. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the appointment.

 

2. Payments​

• We accept cash or bank transfer.

• Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

• Payment must be made in full immediately after a treatment.

 

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged in full.

 

4. Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.

• If you arrive late, the session may be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent clients, and the full fee will still apply.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and treated as a missed appointment.

 

5. Client Responsibility

• Clients must disclose any relevant health conditions prior to a session.

• If you experience discomfort during a session, you must inform the practitioner immediately.

 

6. Confidentiality

• Personal information shared by clients will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing Reiki services.

• We comply with applicable data protection laws regarding storage and handling of client records.

 

7. Code of Conduct

• We provide services in a safe, respectful, and professional environment.

• Abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services without refund.
